The terms, in plain words.
This is the entire agreement. It is short, because there is not much to hide.
Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Nexvy and the business ordering a website. You order as a business, not as a consumer.
What you are buying
A website built from the proposal you were shown, with the corrections we agreed on, published on a domain registered in your company name. The site consists of the sections, copy and images that were in the proposal when you ordered. A simple booking request form is included. Booking with a calendar and automatic confirmation, online shops, logins and connections to other systems are not included and are quoted separately.
Once the one-off fee is paid you own the site and its content. If you want to move it you get the code and the content in an ordinary file format, free of charge.
Price and payment
The website costs €319 once, excluding VAT. It is paid before the site goes into production, by the methods the order page offers (right now invoice). An invoice gives you 10 days to pay. Late payment carries interest under the Swedish Interest Act.
The monthly fee is €49 a month excluding VAT and starts the day the site goes live. It is invoiced monthly in advance and covers hosting, domain renewal, backups, unlimited changes to existing content, new sub-pages and ongoing search engine optimisation.
No minimum term
The monthly fee has no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like with one month of notice, by email. The site and the domain remain yours after cancellation; we help move them to a host of your choice.
Cancelling an order
As a business you have no statutory right of withdrawal. We make it simpler than that: cancel before the site has gone live and we refund the entire one-off fee. If we have already registered a domain for you, you keep it.
Delivery
Once payment is confirmed we get in touch about the domain within one working day. The site normally goes live within a day of the domain being ready: registered in your company name, or one you already own that you have given us access to. Corrections that must go in before launch are normally done the same working day.
Content and facts
We never invent facts about your business. The copy is based on what is public about the business and on what you tell us, and you are responsible for it being correct. Images you send must be ones you have the right to use. Images we supply are licensed for use on your site.
Reviews on the site are pulled from Google and reproduced word for word. We write no reviews and change none.
Changes
Changes to copy, prices, opening hours, images, contact details and sections are included in the monthly fee and are normally made the same working day. Anything that is in practice a whole new site, an online shop for instance, we flag in advance and quote.
Liability
We are responsible for the site working and being reachable. We cannot guarantee search engine rankings or a number of customers, and we never promise either. Our total liability for damages is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding three months.
Personal data
How we handle data about you and your customers is set out in the privacy policy. Forms on your site, booking requests for example, are stored with us and shown to you; we use them for nothing else.
Disputes
Swedish law applies. If we cannot resolve a dispute by talking, it is decided by the ordinary courts of Sweden.
That was the whole agreement.
