Privacy policy
This page describes what we do with information about you and your business. It is short, because we collect little, and it lists everything.
The proposal form
If you fill in the form we store the business name, town, phone number, email address, your message and the language you read the page in, plus the IP address the form was sent from, only to stop spam. We use it to build the proposal you asked for and to get back to you about it. No newsletter, no resale.
Orders
If you order a website we store the business name, registration number, contact person, email, phone, billing address, the payment method chosen and the amount. If you pay by card the payment happens at Stripe, which is the data controller for the card details; we never see your card number, only that the payment went through. If you pay by Swish we see what Swish shows: amount, reference and sender. Order details are kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires, seven years.
The assistant
If you write in the chat, what you write and the answer you get are stored, together with the IP address, so we can see what the page failed to answer. To write the answer, your question and the latest messages in the same conversation are sent to Anthropic, which runs the language model. Do not type personal identity numbers or sensitive details into the chat. Conversations are deleted after twelve months.
Forms on our clients' sites
If you send a booking request on a site we built for a business, it is stored with us and shown to that business, which is who answers you. We use it for nothing else.
Cookies
The site sets four cookies, all our own: a session cookie and a security cookie that the forms need to work, one that remembers the language you chose and one that remembers whether you chose the light or dark look. No tracking cookies, no Google Analytics and no social media pixels, so there is no cookie banner to click away either.
For how long
If you become a customer we keep the details for as long as the agreement runs, and afterwards for as long as accounting law requires. If you do not, we delete the proposal details within twelve months.
Your rights
You have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected and to have it deleted. Email us and we do it. No form, no questions asked.
